Steve is Owner & Operator of Truth or Consequences Home Inspections Ltd. which he created in 2016.

Prior to becoming a Certified Home Inspector in both Alberta and BC, Steve spent over 30 years as a Senior Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Petro-Canada and Amoco Petroleum specializing in managing major IT projects, with budgets ranging from thousands of dollars to portfolios of 250 million. Steve’s client base crossed multiple disciplines including Royal Dutch Shell, Talisman Energy, ATB Financial and Proctor and Gamble.

 His project history includes such things as the 1988Olympic Torch Run and the Canada Sports Hall of Fame at Olympic Park.

He is happily married to his wife of 13 years, Sheila Kearns, and has 4 grown children. When Steve isn’t inspecting houses he’s tying flies or is out on the nearest river fly-fishing or kayaking.
